The Blue Hoose
Welcome to The Blue Hoose, Gardenstown, Scotland.
A beautiful 2 bedroom holiday cottage on the Scottish north coast.

Located on the Scottish north coast, less than an hour from Aberdeen, this is the Blue Hoose that is not actually blue! But it is a building well known to the locals of Gardenstown and enjoys an enviable position overlooking the harbour and Gamrie Bay.

History
The building dates back to the very establishment of the village of Gardenstown in the 18th century and is a Scottish Listed Building (Category B). It’s original function was that of a fisherman’s net store and warehouse, hence its location right on the harbour wall and the double-height of the lower level where nets would have been hauled in for maintenance.

Location
The Blue Hoose is an hour from Aberdeen International Airport and 2 hours drive from Inverness.
There are local bus transport links but there's no denying that this is an isolated fishing village and all the better for it!
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs.
